Refunds & Returns
At Zookini Shop we carefully selects our toy partners to ensure the highest quality products are made available for your purchase. We also check each soft toy before packaging and sending to make sure our customers are always happy with their purchase. In the unlikely event however that one of our toys does not live up to our high quality standards, we'll work with you to get that resolved as soon as possible.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. You'll be asked to send photos of the fault and we will either replace the item or provide a full refund once the item has been deemed as faulty or defective.
Refunds will usually be processed within 5 working days to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be notified of the refund via email.
